At SKS, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your sports equipment within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5 business days.
